Job Description

Situated in the heart of the city of London, Ten Trinity Square is an iconic Grade II landmark building that has undergone a meticulous restoration. Under the management of Reignwood Investments UK , the historic building comprises of elegant luxury high spec apartments and penthouses in addition to a hotel and private members club both under the management of Four Seasons.We have an excellent opportunity for a pragmatic Facilities Manager to join a small team to oversee the maintenance of the building and the apartments to ensure that they are presented and operating to the highest standards for our discerning guests.Key Areas of Activity

  • Prepare an annual strategic plan focusing on business opportunities for the Facilities department that focusses on proactive maintenance programmes, reactive maintenance management, capital projects, service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Responsible for the management of all assets within the building, including the smart home technology systems in each of the apartments (AMX, Lutron and a separate BMS system designed and installed by SSE).
  • Ensure that all apartments are presented in the highest possible condition at all times including daily maintenance routines as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our supply chain that provides a better cost base and a high level of service.
  • Plan the most effective way to utilise our resources, control our costs, prioritise our work load and become more efficient.
  • Manage the Facilities budget and liaise with the Finance Director with budget setting and investment opportunities
  • Key Requirements
  • Knowledge of smart home technology systems (namely AMX, Lutron and BMS systems) is essential.
  • Experience working with suppliers, contract management and tendering.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Have drive and enthusiasm for delivering a quality support service that consistently produces positive and demonstrable impact.
  • Have the ability to make sound judgements and assess potential problems at both a strategic and operational level.
  • Degree educated in a technical discipline or sinificant previous FM experience.
