Our UK law firm client is currently looking to recruit a Facilities Assistant to join their hard-working FM team. Reporting to the Facilities Manager and Head of Facilities, this role will provide full support to the firm including all fee earners and businessservices staff, ensuring that the needs of the firm are met. Working hours are 9:30am - 5:30 pm.Duties will include the printing, scanning and binding of documents for all departments, ensuring copy checking and implementing new procedures where necessary coupled with a focus on reprographics. The role will also require candidates to be well versedin office moves as this will also be a part of this remit along with the timely delivery of internal and external post, arranging of national and international courier deliveries and general floor walking and housekeeping to ensure a seamless service is provided.Candidates will also be required to liaise with IT departments, assist with new joiner inductions and assisting with health and safety around the firm.Candidates will ideally have some facilities / office services experience ideally within a law firm environment. Good knowledge and understanding of basic Facilities processes such as reprographics (scanning, printing) and understanding of MS Office (Wordand Excel). Working hours are 9:30-5:30pm, salary £35,000 plus a range of employee benefits including breakfast all week and lunches Monday to Wednesday.
