Job Description

A worldwide law firm is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and hands-on individual to join them as a Facilities Assistant to provide the team with proactive and effective support.The successful candidate will be offered an exciting and challenging role, a generous benefits package, and the opportunity to work with a globally successful organisation!JOB TITLE: Facilities Assistant (12 month FTC)COMPANY: Legal ServicesHOURS: 09.00am-17.30pmSTART: This role is to start immediatelySALARY: £27,000 - £30,000 *DOEDURATION: 12 month FTCLOCATION: Stunning offices based in the heart of the City of London.CULTURE: Super professional, fast-paced, and efficient environment. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
  • Working closely with the Facilities team, providing them with support in all areas
  • Certifying that a top-quality service and atmosphere is delivered to all clients and visitors
  • Communicating with various Facilities teams to report any issues or problems
  • Setting up meeting rooms as required and guaranteeing relevant equipment is provided
  • Support with audits of meetings rooms, ensuring that all apparatus is operating correctly and is up to standard, reporting and noting any issues
  • Helping with logistics, preparation and operation for any transfer or changes where necessary
  • Always demonstrate excellent customer service and expertise
  • Help clients and visitors with any queries or issues they may have relating to on-site facilities
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
  • Previous experience within a facilities role is necessary
  • A background within professional/corporate services is required
  • A highly organised individual with a can-do attitude
  • The ability to effectively plan and prioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail and verbal communication skills
  • An IT literate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
