Facades Project Manager - London/Dublin - Up to £60,000 per annumAn incredible opportunity has arisen for one of the countrys leading Curtain Walling and Cladding installation company. London is the base for the company but Dublin is the 1st major long term contract/project that will need looking after.Responsibilities of the Facades Project Manager* Responsible for installation, handover and completion of projects * Agree start dates with Client team * Survey / arrange survey on projects where we are responsible for taking dims* Pre-start site visit and condition record* Assist our Clients in being ready for us to make a meaningful start on site * Agree and check access provisions on site * Book labour for installation in-line with tender cost allowance* Manage overall fixing programme* Issue and maintain project specific programmes * Issue RAMS and brief fixers * Weekly progress reports* Monitor and advise site progress * Call off materials as needed with advance notice* Check installation is to the correct quality; identify and flaws and get corrected* Review fixing and materials take-offs before being finalised Benefits of the Facades Project Manager* PAYE full time employment role* Company Pension* 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)* Free or Subsidised TravelTo apply, please email CV with covering letter to or call on /The first stage of the application process is to apply online.
