The role will require regular communication with the Head of Finance, the CFO, the major shareholder, debt providers, auditors and tax advisors. The role will also be involved with the accounting integration of future acquisitions. The role offers an excellentopportunity for a strong technical accountant to develop their skills in a growing business with exposure to senior stakeholders and varied responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesTechnical review of Annual Financial Statements for 8 corporate entitiesConsolidation of financial statementsFinancial Regulatory Reporting including preparation of FCA regulatory returns and regulatory capital guidanceCapital planningProduction of the ICARADelivery of monthly shareholder reportingDelivery of monthly reporting to major debt providerInvolvement in financial DD process and then integration of future acquisitionsCorporation tax returns including research & developmentPartnership tax returnsAssist with audit process for corporate auditsApproval of bank paymentsAssistance in other areas of Finance as requiredSkillsAttention to detail and accuracy of workStrong technical expertiseStrong communication ability with internal and external partiesGood time management and prioritisationAbility to work effectively under pressureKnowledgeConsolidation experience essentialStrong IFRS and accounts preparation knowledgeTax knowledge would be as asset, including both LLP and CorporateKnowledge of FCA regulatory reporting include ICARA preparationQualificationsQualified accountant with between 2 - 5 years of post-qualification experience
