Job Description

Export Sales Manager £45,000 - £65,000 + Bonus and benefitsRemote My client is a distinguished and rapidly expanding premium skincare and grooming brand.Due to continued growth and expanding international presence, the opportunity to recruit an Export Sales Manager has arisen to lead their export sales efforts, which currently span over 30 countries.The successful candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a deep understanding of the beauty and grooming industry.   • Develop and execute a clear and robust export strategy tailored to their unique brand and product offerings.
  • Motivate, manage, and support our existing network of distributors and retailers, while maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Explore and identify new distribution channels, working closely with both distributors and retailers to expand our market reach.
  • Innovate and propose fresh ideas, strategies, and methods of working that align with the brand philosophy and market goals.
  • Utilize your excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively represent the brand.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, ensuring both sales targets and customer satisfaction are met.
  • Leverage your established network of industry contacts and customers to further their market presence.
  • Understand the intricacies of the beauty and grooming market, the route to market, and identify where we require new distributors or direct retail relationships.
Requirements At least 3 years of Export Sales experience in the Beauty/Grooming industryAdept at dealing with decision-makers at all levels up to Board levelHave a proven track record of penetrating and developing new geographical areas and customersDriven by a desire to bring a unique and respected brand to a wider audience.
