Domino has worked with a broad spectrum of customers for over 70 years, supplying both high end and mid market retail customers and jewellers.Domino are proud to be one of Europes leading jewellery manufacturers focusing on classic bridal jewellery and stylish contemporary jewellery suites, our award winning new product development team ensuring that we deliver innovate designs year on year.The vast majority of our jewellery is produced at our state of the art facility in the UK.Domino are at the start of an incredibly exciting growth journey, in which the Export business plays a huge part. As such, they are looking to hire an Export Manager to join their team.Job DescriptionThe main purpose of the role will be to manage and develop Dominos Export business through opening new territories and developing existing ones, predominantly across Europe.Role responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute the sales strategy to grow the Export business.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies by territory with the aim of growing turnover and relationships.
  • To analyse and review potential new business opportunities by region and country and how best to enter target markets.
  • Build and promote strong long lasting customer relationships through partnership and understanding their needs so the customer is retained and developed.
  • Ensure the process of onboarding new customers is smooth and efficient.
  • Negotiate with partners to ensure the Domino margin is maximised.
  • Review the sales performance of distributors, agents and retailers on a regular basis and take appropriate action.
  • Communicates with sales, production and NPD about customer requirements and future demand.
The Successful ApplicantTo be considered for this fantastic opportunity, we are looking for candidates with a proven track record of delivering growth in an Export Manager capacity. You must be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness along with an analytical approach interms of reviewing potential opportunities and the best way to access new markets. A strong knowledge of the jewellery sector is essential, along with selling skills at a senior level. The ability to speak additional European languages is also essential tothis position.The Export Manager will act as a role model and champion in regard to Dominos Export business, therefore the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers will be vital to the success of this position.We are open to candidates that are based in either the UK or Europe.Whats on OfferCompetitive salary & package dependent on experience.This is a remote working role with travel to the UK office and international customers.Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
