Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity with a leading IT services consultancy that helps businesses operate critical technology cost-effectively. The company specialises in Cloud solutions, IT transformation, IT project delivery, and management of the completeIT lifecycle.They are looking for an experienced Contracts Management Paralegal to assist their team on a full-time remote basis for a duration of 2 months.The main responsibilities for the role are as follows:

  • Maintaining a repository of contracts (e.g. Supply terms and conditions of purchase; NDAs; IT Service Agreements);
  • Highlighting, tagging and reviewing contracts and key contractual provisions;
  • Dealing with an overflow of Customer Master Service Agreements;
  • Filing of contracts.
The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in contract management roles in the past. The ideal candidate should similarly have had 6+ months of commercial paralegal experience and a strong grasp of commercial contracts encompassing skillssuch as negotiation, review, and drafting. The candidate should similarly have a good understanding of IT services, strong communication skills and be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills, including being literate withExcel and Microsoft teams, are also expected.It is expected that highly experienced candidates will need minimal or no training and experienced candidates will be paid a competitive salary. Candidates will need to have access to their own laptops.
