**Job Title: Expat Support Administrator** **Location:** London, UK Canary WharfHybrid part time role- 3 days a weekPermanent Salary £24,000We are now seeking a dedicated Expat Support Administrator to join our dynamic team and help support our expat clients through their entire relocation process.**Position Overview:**As an Expat Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our expatriate clients with their relocation to and from the UK. You will provide comprehensive support, ensuring a smooth transition and helping them to settle in their new environment.This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in expat support and relocation services.**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage the end-to-end relocation process for expat clients, including pre-departure preparations, arrival coordination, and post-arrival support.- Assist with visa applications, work permits, and other necessary documentation.- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to facilitate housing, schooling, and other essential services for expats and their families.- Provide guidance on cultural adaptation, local customs, and community resources.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all relocation activities and client interactions.- Address and resolve any issues or concerns expats may have during their relocation and settling-in period.- Organize orientation sessions and welcome events for new arrivals.- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and relocation policies that may impact our clients.**Qualifications:**- Proven experience in expat support, relocation services, or a related field.- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.- A proactive and empathetic approach to client service.**What We Offer:**- the chance to work a hybrid part time role in banking- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- A supportive and inclusive work environment.- The chance to make a significant impact on our clients relocation experience.**How to Apply:**If you are passionate about helping expats navigate their relocation journey and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
