Executive Search Consultant Trainee - £28k Basic - ShoreditchRevolutionising the digital world, out client has an outstanding track record of successfully hiring senior digital and technology leaders for the most ambitious start-up, scale-up and corporate businesses.The Founders have over 40 years experience between them - having broken away from the corporate world to set up on their own, and change the way Executive Search is done.Working with clients such as ASOS, Depop, Deloitte and Skyscanner to name a few!As an Executive Search Consultant Trainee you need to be:Our client wants candidates that are looking to work extremely hard and have the right skill set in order to deliver the satisfactory service required in Executive Search. Although the job is not easy, it is exciting and tremendously rewarding. The peoplewho suit the role best are those who:

• Degree from a top University - 2:1 or higher
• AAB or higher at A-Levels
• Highly motivated
• Has a passion for research
• Excellent communication skills

• £28,000 basic salary, with £500 bonus each deal you make
• OTE £40,000 in your first year, going to £100,000 by year 3

What will you be doing on a daily basis as a Executive Search Consultant TraineeOnce trained by a senior mentor, you will become an expert in your role as a recruitment consultant. On a day to day basis you will be doing the following:Executive search requires you to research the market extensively and mapping giving you confidence to put candidates forward for the role.
