  • £32k base salary
  • Competitive commission structure of up to 35% which can see you doubling your base salary in year one (OTE: £55k)

The Role - Executive Researcher - Executive Search
  • Extensive market research and market mapping in order to understand your specific niche to expert level
  • Dealing with top tier candidates through headhunting to find them the most suitable position for them
  • Mentoring your candidates through the application process and negotiating the best arrangement for them upon a job offer
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and offering consultative advice to them surrounding market conditions and averages
  • Building and managing a good portfolio of clients in order to offer the best service possible
The Ideal Candidate - Executive Researcher - Executive Search
  • Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
  • Proven track record of working/volunteering alongside education
  • Confident talking with a range of individuals in business
