Due to their ability to provide a high quality service they are able to pick and choose the clients and candidates they represent - so Consultants that perhaps feel compromised on quality due to KPI pressure will find this environment a welcome relief.Working predominantly exclusive or retained roles will mean you will probably manage less roles here but will enjoy a much higher fill rate due to your ability to spend more time generating high quality candidates. With a great suite of tools to help you identify, source, headhunt and communicate with candidates, your candidate networking skills really will be perfected with this team.
