Executive PA (Jewish Charity)£35,000-£40,000A rapidly growing Jewish Charity based in London are recruiting for an Executive PA to support their dynamic CEO. As well as providing traditional PA support, this role will also involve assisting in coordinating a variety of fundraising projects and events.The role benefits from generous holidays, parking and an early finish on Fridays. Duties will involve; * PA support to CEO* Diary and email management * Composing business letters, correspondence and presentations * Booking international travel, accommodation, visas and handling expenses* Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes of meetings* Arranging conference calls and virtual events * Coordination of virtual events, educational classes and courses* Liaising with trustees and community members on a regular basis * Database administration - strong IT skills essentialThis is a great opportunity for an Executive PA with 3 years or more experience seeking a role which actively gives back to the Jewish community.
