An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Director of Human Resources and Central Support.The successful candidate will be an active and proactive member of the senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the Principal and Chief Executive, the post holder has a critical role in enabling the College to achieve its strategic and operational objectives.You will provide strategic leadership and guidance for all aspects of the HR and organisational development ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and that all relevant policies, procedures and working practices fully contribute to our strategic aims.We are looking for someone to develop our culture of excellence and provide outstanding support, guidance and customer service across our six London campuses.You will build and retain a highly capable and motivated workforce that dynamically and cohesively contributes to student outcomes and the success of the Corporation and develop efficient, effective and integrated systems, practices and procedures throughout the College.You will also manage Payroll and our Central Support team and actively contribute to wider College strategy, operations and governance.The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and educated to degree level with a good understanding of further and higher education.
