We welcome everyone to apply.Family friendly, flexible working arrangements will be considered across all roles.About the role Were looking for an Intelligent Automation - Executive Consultant to join our team!As an Intelligent Automation Executive Consultant, you will play a key part in driving growth of and delivering innovative and robust Intelligent Automation and Robotics solutions offering. Familiarity with and particular experience in Robotics Process Automation,Artificial Intelligent (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) driven solutions will be valuable.Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Leading and project developing teams that are delivering development of automation engagement strategy and business case across variety of functions and processes, working with stakeholders across the business, from Directors to team leads to SMEs.
• Understanding client business, strategic priorities and how it fits in with automation solutions being considered; guiding clients through the automation journey and helping them understand different capabilities they need at the right time.
• Working with developers to estimate effort, timescales and constraints to deliver successful client outcomes.
• Guiding business analyst colleagues on collaborating with technical colleagues, project management and business; QAing to ensure that the solution outlined is financially viable for the client; advising senior clients how the solution lines up with theirbusiness strategy and priorities.
• Supporting account teams in bid responses; providing domain expertise for automation methodology and delivery.
• Bring to bear core consulting skills to support client and project requirements as appropriate.

What you will need for this role:

• Passion for Intelligent automation; curiosity about existing and evolving set of intelligent automation and complementary technologies and a point of view on how the market and products are evolving.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive experience in designing, defining and implementing process flow solutions using RPA technologies.
• Familiarity with intelligent automation technology e.g. RPA, intelligent content extraction, chatbots etc.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving techniques.
• Process improvement knowledge e.g. Lean, Six-Sigma.
• Empathy for impact on workforce.

• Commercial savviness, to be able to respond to customer needs whilst recognizing where the value lies for a phenomenal outcome for everyone
