We have the pleasure of supporting this highly successful US VC find their first Executive Assistant for their new London offices.Supporting the founding team of the new London office (4 - 2 of which are light touch support), many of which are relocating for this exciting venture. You will be a part of their long term growth and enjoy core Executive Assistant duties alongside generaloffice support (they are in a serviced/stunning well-known shared space in W1).The role is hybrid, 2 days per week from home with flexibility required both sides.To be considered they would like someone to have come from a VC, Investments or similar industry, start-ups and boutique experience is preferable, you will be experienced supporting multiple people to senior level and be a strong organiser and skilled withprioritisation. Executive Assistant experience is a must, being of graduate calibre, strong IT skills and be a positive and upbeat character keen to help wherever you can.Daily supporting will include diary management, meeting and events coordination, linking between London the US office and gatekeeping, stakeholder management, extensive international travel arrangements, document production, research, general office supportsuch as supplies and liaison with suppliers. You will be happy to support on an adhoc basis with personal support; especially booking restaurants etc for the new team as they get to know London!
