Executive Assistant to CEOThe clientOur client is an international multi-family private office based near Victoria, London, SW1. They work with UHNWI’s and highly successful entrepreneurs on confidential advisory services within all business, philanthropy and lifestyle matters.The roleThis new position will provide direct support to the CEO on a daily basis as his Executive Assistant. You will be a natural communicator with the ability to implement and make decisions without much direction in a highly fast-paced and pressurised environment. You will be motivated and focused, a strategist and doer with the ability to streamline and deliver activities and confidential projects within the business based on the requirements of the CEO, whilst additionally taking authoritative direction. You will be responsible for anticipating and understanding the CEO’s needs and providing comprehensive, detailed and timely administrative, business and personal support. This is a diverse and fast-paced position that requires excellent communication, strong analytical skills, a tolerance for indistinctness, high levels of organisation, and a can-do attitude, in which tasks both big and small are taken on with enthusiasm and efficiency.About youThe ideal candidate must possess an innovative and creative mindset, and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is extremely fast-paced and results-driven. You will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with exceptionally strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organisational skills, with the added ability to maintain a realistic balance amongst multiple priorities.
