Job Description

Executive Assistant to CEO, Permanent, full- time, London based.Jaguar White are exclusively partnering with our established client based in the city of London to recruit an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is a 1:1 EA support role, together with bringing your experience to ensure the smooth running of operationsof this international companys objectives.Reporting directly to the CEO, 7+ years experience in C+ suite is required. Ideally from a financial services or related industry, but more importantly having supported a small to medium size company where you will be involved in everything from raisingcapital, mergers and acquisitions and senior business decisions as a confidant to the CEO. Someone who thrives on proactivity and responsibility would be best suited to this position. This is a real partnership working environment where you will look afterthe diary, travel, supporting documents for presentations and meetings, but more importantly to have the broad work life experience and want the opportunity to make a difference to the success of this business in the world of a socially minded, passionate,growing organisation.As the CEOs right-hand person, you will assist in the day-to-day running of all aspects of the business with a level of maturity, confidence and upward management to ensure all internal and external communications are distributed in a warm, friendly andprofessional manner. A great sense of humour is required to balance the high level of interaction you will be managing. You will be an ambassador for the CEO to anyone interacting with the business therefore a proactive and forward-thinking approach is essential.On the flip side you will be a professional colleague to work through things together and act on decisions to build an efficient working relationship with two-way flexibility. This CEO needs you to be one step ahead at all times to enable their focus on therunning of the business.Duties: -

  • Supporting the CEO 1:1, preparing daily updates, papers, meeting preparation, staying one step ahead with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
  • Booking client meetings, creation of agendas, manage booking and provide international travel documents/arrangements, meeting rooms/restaurant locating and booking in London.
  • Email management
  • Arranging internal and external meetings/small events as required
  • PowerPoint presentations and documentation for new business pitches.
  • Utilise MS Excel to manage and optimally present data, (incorporating within presentations or reports).
The successful candidate will have the following experience/attributes:
  • 7 years+ in an EA position at CEO/C-Suite Level including operations support or have run or strongly supported a business outside of the EA world and have professional business life experience to fit the requirements.
  • Business sense - strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgement calls when needed.
  • Consistent high level of organisational skills
  • Can do attitude, resourceful and self-motivated
  • Confidence to upward manage and obtain information to meet deadlines being always one step ahead.
  • High profile client, communication and experience in dealings with government & corporate executives - desirable.
  • MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint up to date Intermediate to Advanced skill level.
  • Excellent Communicator - English communication skills - verbal and written with ability to interact with people of all levels.
  • Degree educated strongly desirable
  • Continuous improvement thinking
  • Experience of raising capital/investor relations/M&A
  • Small to medium company ethos experience where broad skills are required.
  • A high degree of attention to detail and self-organisation skills
  • A hands-on approach with self-motivation to work virtually and from the office in London.
  • Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of the business for projects and meetings.
The company is offering:
  • Annual salary offered circa 52K PA depending upon experience 40 Hours per week.
  • Flexible 9-6pm with 1 hour for lunch with flexibility to support CEO. Hybrid.
  • 31 days holiday per year, including 8 UK bank holidays.
