Leading London property developer has an exciting opportunity for dynamic, hands on EA to support the CEO. They are currently working on an exciting London based development so the London office is a hive of activity. The CEO is looking for an EA who canunderpin his work and be an ambassador for him. The office has an entrepreneurial feel and due to the nature of the development it would suit someone who enjoys a varied work load.Duties:* Organising and scheduling meetings*Organisation of Project Events*Curation and organisation of VIP visits and tours to the Development*Line manager of PA/Team Admin, Office Support Apprentice and key interface with Reception / Office Manager as required*Ensure strong interface with key stakeholders and the Board*Induction and introduction of New Team Members*Proactively identifying priorities and commitments and coordinating appropriately.*Manage incoming correspondence, answering and screening calls, taking messages as appropriate, sorting mail for priority and responding appropriately. *Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, documents and reports, drafting required documents in standard company format as directed.*Perform comprehensive administrative and secretarial duties which may include organising travel arrangements, submitting expenses, and special events and welcoming and directing visitors.*Liaise effectively with a range of internal and external staff, acting as a first point of contact for all internal and external inquiries and functioning as a liaison between assigned staff and other internal staff.Experience*Previous PA Experience to Director level, ideally with a property background*Advanced MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook*Good command of written business language and grammar, high level of numeracy, document presentation and attention to detail*Strong organisational and problem solving skills, with demonstrated ability to manage the Directors and their own time effectively and work to deadlines and prioritise tasks*Strong relationship and people management skills, with the ability to influence others and maintain discretion at all times when dealing with confidential matters.*Able to communicate effectively with internal and external Stakeholders*Proactive approach with ability to use own initiative*Well presented, with a good manner*Friendly and able to adapt to changing situations*Time management skillsDue to overwhelming add response we can only contact suitable candidates and wish you every success in your search for a new role.
