An amazing opportunity for an EA to work for a Global Advertising Agency. This is a 12-month FTC, initially supporting the Executive Chair as cover for a 6-week sabbatical. Before transitioning into a longer-term maternity cover with responsibility for the Chief Strategy Director. Our client is a multi-award-winning communicationsagency with a collaborative, dynamic and fun culture. Based in incredible offices, the atmosphere is buzzy, busy and great fun. The role is hybrid with 4 days in the office, and 1 from home. Agency experience is a must have.The role is extremely busy and the main responsibilities include intensive day to day diary management, organising internal and external meetings, including booking/preparing meeting rooms, catering requirements and materials required for the meeting, planningconferences, workshops, seminars, client dinners and other events as necessary, making extensive travel arrangements and preparing itineries where required. Other duties include building and maintaining a strong relationship both internally and externallyand with clients, general admin tasks including expenses and timesheets and compiling and formatting documents and presentations to an exceptional high standard if needed.In order to be considered for this role you will be used to handling highly sensitive information and documents, you’ll be an enthusiastic team player, hardworking, demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to handle a high workload. You’ll needto be resilient, adaptable, highly organised and efficient along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will have great attention to detail, be proactive with a methodical approach,possess a can-do attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
