Do you have EA/PA experience or experience in Board Administration Can you produce minutes to a good standard Do you have strong communication skills We are working with a Unique Crown Charity that provides charitable support including annuities, sheltered housing and education to recruit for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. You will provide flexible support to the Director and other Senior members. About the role This is a full time (35 hours pw) permanent contract. The role offers hybrid working arrangements which can be 2-3 days in the office located in London and the rest from home. The salary is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience. As the Executive Assistant and Office Manager you will act as a lynchpin of the organisation, working closely with all colleagues to deliver a positive, joined- up and dynamic working environment. You will act as secretary for key governance committees, organising and documenting all board and committee meetings and liaising with all stakeholders to ensure and facilitate attendance and keep an up-to-date actions log. You will also act as Office Managerby maintaining a safe, efficient, professional, and welcoming office environment (both physical and virtual)To be considered you will have ;*Ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally and have strong communication skills.*Ability to take and produce minutes to an excellent standard.*Advanced planning and organisational skills*Confident user of Outlook email and calendars, Teams, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Powerpoint, SharePoint and OneDrive. *Experience of Board Administration, to include taking minutes at Board level and preparation of Board packs.*Experience of working with Senior teams, including diary management and meeting planning*Experience of running an officeWe are reviewing CVs as they come through.
