Job Description

A leading independent Fund Manager are looking for an experienced, professional EA.This position serves as the lynch pin for the IR team supporting five professionals and includes full and comprehensive diary management for the Global Head of IR which will entail working closely with the IR team based in New York. Diverse and varied, thefundamentals of the role will be:

  • Scheduling meetings, communicating with investors and internal staff across multiple time zones
  • Assist with the organisation of investor webcasts and the AGM
  • Responsible for the tracking and organisation of conferences and events
  • Prepare meeting documentation for internal and external meetings
  • Assist in fund-raising activities and relationship management
  • Maintenance and general upkeep of CRM platform and investor portal
  • Collating and logging investor feedback and making any necessary follow ups
  • Composing data heavy emails for internal/external distribution
  • Respond to ad hoc investor requests
  • Accurate and timely processing of expenses
  • Extensive travel and diary management
  • The occasional organisation of event
  • ad hoc project work
A professional and positive attitude is required when working as part of this cohesive, supportive team of EAs. It is essential candidates have previous experience gained within the financial services industry, possess strong MS office and have excellentverbal and written communications skills. The ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment will essentially require candidates to be extremely organised, have a high attention to detail and remain calm under pressure.The business is based in bright and modern offices located near Victoria.
