Job Description

Dynamic Executive Assistant / Office Manager - Incredible Company - Nr Knightsbridge, London - up to £45k + benefitsAn incredible opportunity has become available for an exceptional, entrepreneurial Executive Assistant to support a Co-founder at a rapidly growing, dynamic and forward thinking asset management company in Central London.Whilst in the corporate arena, our client prides itself on it’s media-like company culture - incredible offices, laid back approach and casual dress code. The ideal candidate will be graduate calibre, confident, charismatic, dynamic, professional and incredibly organised.This role would suit a dynamic Executive Assistant with approximately 4+ years experience in a busy EA / PA role supporting board level executives; experience in office management would also be required.Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm although a degree of flexibility will be required.Key responsibilities in this Executive Assistant / Office Management role will include:

  • Extensive diary management for a company Co-Founder
  • Responsibility for the day to day activities of the Co-Founder
  • Screening calls, enquiries and requests and handling when appropriate
  • All travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car bookings, visas and currency etc.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders as necessary
  • Assisting in the collation and preparation of presentations and documentation
  • Project management
  • General office management duties
  • Liaising with the finance team to manage monthly financial procedures including managing team expenses

  • Skills, experience and attributes required to succeed in this exciting role include:
  • Previous experience in a dynamic and busy EA / PA role supporting senior/board level executives (ideally 4 years+)
  • Graduate calibre individual
  • Impeccable organisational, numerical and presentational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Project management / office coordination experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and entrepreneurial environment
  • PC literate including all MS Office packages, iMac knowledge is beneficial
  • Strong work ethic and business acumen
  • Dynamic, personable, flexible and proactive team player
  • The ability to demonstrate high levels of tact, discretion and judgement when working with confidential information
