Job Description

Robert Half OfficeTeam have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a technology business, based in the heart of the West End of London.This is a permanent, full time position and will require out of hours work.Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the European Executive and his team in a hands on, capacity
  • Both private and personal PA support
  • Phone management including gate-keeping
  • Track and account for executive travel/business expenses
  • Budget monitoring - ensuring Exec is up to date at all times
  • Travel management - flights, trains, planes, taxis
  • Itinerary scheduling, including being available when flight lands, ensuring safe and correct travel methods are upheld
  • Administration management, including preparing board packs, PowerPoint presentations, invoices, reports and basic bookkeeping
  • Complete special projects as required from Executive Management
  • Coordinate and manage the Executives calendar
  • Person Specification
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong emphasis on business communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to work with individuals at all levels both internally and externally
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Must be flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive and confidential information
