Job Description

Imperial Professionals is delighted to announce that we are working exclusively with one of our high-profile clients to appoint a new Executive Assistant Job Title: Executive AssistantLocation: Central LondonSalary: £35,000 + package Hours: Office Hours - Mon to FriThe Role: To coordinate day to day activities by handling a wide range of business support related tasks.Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines for health and safety across the region and produce monthly H&S Reporting Pack for senior leadership team.
  • Prepare business reports as defined by senior leadership team.
  • Take ownership for customer complaints and adhere to internal processes and ensure issues are effectively managed.
  • Manage daily activities and projects to support the MD.
  • Coordinate schedules for appointments and schedules, plan and schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel and bookings.
  • Management of customer relationships; support in organising customer visits, tasks and events.
  • Develop and maintain different business lines guidelines and practices. Heavily focused on cost control initiatives to support business-wide efficiency.
  • Responsible for booking all flights, accommodations and trains in accordance with the delegated authority matrix.
  • Monitor all process budgets and manage all business process income and expenditures.
  • Organise business events including meetings, workshops and days of training.
  • Maintain all business correspondence and check all materials.
  • Support in reviewing the company’s current policies such as Out of Office, dress code, etc.
  • Knowledge on all office buildings and footprint details developed and maintained.
  • Ensure that all record retention schedules are complied with and maintain appropriate correspondence data.
  • Work on marketing strategy and marketing plans with the SLT.
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects.
  • To be considered for this role you will have:
  • A minimum of 3 years Executive or Personal Assistant experience within a global organisation
  • Demonstrable experience using Adobe InDesign
  • Strong marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Relevant previous experience.
  • Excellent customer service.
