Job Description

Job description - the roleOur client, Deutsche Bank, is a global banking business with strong roots in Germany and operations in over 70 countries. Their large but focused footprint gives them an established position in Europe plus a significant presence in the Americas and AsiaPacific. Deutsche Bank offer their clients commercial and investment banking, retail banking and transaction banking as well as ground-breaking asset and wealth management products and services.On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for an Executive Assistant for a 6-month contract based in London for an office based role. Supporting senior stakeholders, individuals, teams or departments in the performance of their tasks.Key responsibilities:

  • Producing, editing, proofing and formatting documents, research papers and speeches.
  • Ensuring data entry and paper/electronic document filing/archiving.
  • Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements (including arranging of travel visas where required) and processing expenses.
  • Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources.
  • Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the assigned business unit.
  • Working closely with other administrative support staff to ensure close communication and coordination.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Investment banking experience.
  • Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
  • Capacity for quickly picking up new systems and processes.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset.
