Job Description

As the executive assistant to the CEO, you will be a vital partner who ensures the smooth running of the CEO’s daily agenda. You will have outstanding communication and organisational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. You will be able to handle multipletasks with ease and adapt to changing situations. You will have a solid understanding of how businesses work, how to manage projects independently, and how to represent your executive when necessary. You will also have a broad perspective of the whole company,participating in executive team meetings, strategy sessions, and various other events involving the CEO. Please note this role is fully in the office.Main duties:

  • Assist the CEO in preparing for various meetings with different stakeholders
  • Manage the CEOs time and schedule according to their short-term and long-term priorities
  • Track and follow up on the outcomes and actions from the meetings with the management team
  • Handle the CEOs personal and professional scheduling, communication, and networking
  • Process the CEOs expenses and other relevant costs
  • Arrange the CEOs travel and logistics needs
  • Streamline and improve the internal processes that facilitate the CEOs work and productivity
  • Contribute to internal projects assigned by the CEO
  • Promote effective communication in the company through various channels and events
  • Create presentations, reports, and communication materials for the CEOs internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate with internal and external executives on behalf of the CEO for various projects and tasks
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality with all materials
