Advising the business on all of their Compliance responsibilities and ensure that senior management are aware of their regulatory obligations. Ensuring internal, external and regulatory relationships are managed effectively Ongoing review and developmentof Compliance Policies and Documentation. Programme management of all compliance related projects, including new product and acquisition due diligence Performing compliance monitoring, documentation,and implementation of changes to policies and proceduresas well ascoordinating related communication and remediation. Prepare and present relevant material to the CEO, COO and Management Committee Ensure appropriate communication and training of compliance obligations, procedures and controls Remain abreast ofrelevant regulatory and legislative changes as applicable to the business The successful candidate must have gained extensive senior Compliance experience not only with a good knowledge of all relevant regulations as they apply to Insurers in general and particularlyMGAs but an ability to foster executive level relationships and influence & direct your colleagues at all levels. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting a growing business that is unusually targeting both organic growths, through the promotionof their associated InsureTech product, but also through acquisition to ensure they have the structure and technical skill to grow sustainably and remain at the cutting edge. This is initially a standalone role so will require some sleeves rolled up routinework, but importantly our client is also looking for someone who has the experience and knowledge to lead from the front in terms of advising the executive committee on their regulatory obligations, thus is mainly a strategic role that sits within the ExecutiveManagement Group with great visibility and influence across the business.
