Job Description

My client who are a UK leading Dance enterprise are seeking a Events/ Team Assistant to join their team, working hybrid in London!This role is responsible for providing a professional and efficient administrative support service across the Department by the carrying out of the key admin support duties listed below.Working in their office in the West End, this client has a hybrid working environment with just a minimum of 3 days in the office each week.You will be joining a lively team of people, working with all levels of staff. You will have the opportunity to have a say in how the role develops and put in place your own processes and procedures for some of the key tasks.Main tasks:

  • Provide Administrative & Technical Support for the whole department - the focal point for communication lively upbeat department, eyes & ears for leadership team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries.
  • Arrange Meetings including, department meetings, leadership team meetings and client management meetings.
  • Facilitate Departmental Training & Social Events.
  • Assist in booking travel arrangements.
  • Occasional cover for front of house.
  • Be an ambassador for this amazing company.
  • Provide events briefings to studio staff.
  • Liaise with clients post event, requesting feedback and dealing with customer complaints.
  • Research opportunities to develop and extend events department.
  • Assist in creating copy for newsletters and other marketing material.
  • Assist in creating budgets and proposals for new types of public and private events.
  • Data processing for larger events.
