We are proud of our tradition of producing high quality fundraising events, which we deliver from end-to-end, ensuring that participants have the best experience and raise as much as possible to help the armed forces community.We are looking for a highly motivated Stewardship Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and delivering supporter-centric stewardship journeys for events participants and supporters fundraising in the community.Your background may be not-for profit, commercial or the Armed Forces; regardless of where you have come from you will have gained experience of delivering high quality customer experience and engagement to maximise income targets and KPIs.Youll be confident with digital and email stewardship, marketing or customer journey techniques. You will enjoy using a test-and-learn approach to gain insight and develop ways of working.
