Furthermore,you will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow your client portfolio and revenue, whilst maintaining a real focus on quality delivery.Our Operations Managers are often found out on-site with our clients making sure what we are delivering is on point. From checking in teams and carrying out uniform and grooming checks to even working a shift where a senior presence is needed.Through clear communications, you will liaise with the casual team ensuring they are knowledgeable about the client and job in hand and will manage positive and corrective feedback.Our operations team is at the core of our casual placement hub. As an Events Staffing / Operations Manager youll need to be a confident communicator with a logical mind, and a multitasker extraordinaire. Flexibility, a dynamic nature and practical understandingof our clients needs are key.For our Events Staffing / Operations Manager role, you must have at least 3 years senior Management experience within the high-end hotel, hospitality or events industry and/or worked within a staffing and recruitment based role. Full drivers license is advantageous.
