All events to be designed to raise brand awareness lead generation and customer satisfaction. Measurement of success of events is that they should persuade audiences to change decision behaviour to the commercial advantage of the university Build, test, and broadcast email communications to encourage registered prospects to convert into event attendees. Proactively contribute to the teams ambitions to develop, manage, and improve an effective keep-warm and conversion campaign for all Open Day event sign-ups. Maintain event collateral and regularly review on-the-day event branding to ensure that the University of Greenwich brand is promoted in the best possible manner. Deliver clear and accurate briefs to the design team to produce event focused digital and print collateral. Requires a keen eye for detail when proofing artworkProfile Commitment to key strategic priorities of the directorate and the university. Willingness and ability to travel to work place locations within the UK. Adhere to and promote the universitys equality and diversity policies. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Support and promote the universitys sustainability policies, including the carbon management plan, and carry out duties in a resource efficient way, recognising the shared responsibility of minimising the universitys negative environmental impacts whereverpossible.
