You will need to be confident in your skills and knowledge with a good understanding of the political and public sectorsand multi-channel marketing.Key Responsibilities:+ You will report into and work closely with the Director of Marketing and Senior Events Marketing Manager to deliver various events marketing strategy.+ You will own your own event portfolios, specifically client events, which will require:++ Strategy development and delivery++ Delegate and sponsor acquisition campaigns+ You will work with Editorial, Sales, Business Intelligence and Training teams to ensure integration with all services where relevant+ You will work with the Creative Content team and Strategy teams to develop engaging marketing assets across print and digital, ensuring utilisation of all channels for amplification of campaigns+ You will seek to improve processes to maximise efficiency, accuracy and delivery of objectives+ Monitor and deliver on campaign objectives, revenue targets and KPIs+ Manage multiple projects with competing timelines simultaneously whilst managing stakeholders expectations.About You:+ 5+ years in Marketing, of which 4 must have been Events Marketing+ Experience and understanding of the political and public sectors+ Excellent copywriting and communication skills+ Experience with database management, email marketing systems and CRMs including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics+ Track record of planning and executing successful Events Marketing campaigns+ Website development and project management experience+ Ability to provide accurate reporting on marketing performance including post-show analysis report with key findings and suggestions on improvements+ Experience of running successful segmented campaigns to selected data select groups to ensure targeted and relevant campaigns+ Demonstrable experience in collateral design development+ Strong level of written and spoken English, candidates will be expected to communicate with a variety of people both internally and externally+ Proficient in Microsoft Office software+ Education to degree level (desirable)Benefits:+ Competitive salary+ 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays (currently 8).+ Life assurance of 4x salary.+ Corporate gym membership discount.+ Exclusive Shard member discounts.+ Wellbeing activities, such as yoga, mindfulness.+ Employee awards.+ Employee referral scheme.+ Cycle to work scheme.+ Season ticket loan.+ Benefits discount portal (savings on retail).+ Government workplace pension scheme.+ Virtual GP.+ Employee assistance programme.+ Social activities, games area and great coffee!Sounds like a good fit Apply here for a fast-track path to the Hiring Manager.Your Experience / Background / Previous Roles May Include:Events Marketing Manager, Events Marketing Strategy, Project Manager, Project Management, Events Management.Application notice We take your privacy seriously.
