We have an exciting opportunity for a Host to join our highly successful Events team here at Ham Yard Hotel. The successful applicant will be the face of our restaurant, and will need to have the ability to build relationships with people effortlessly. Weare looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and who will welcome our guests in a friendly and inspirational manner.This role gives you the opportunity to learn and develop, with the potential to progress within the company. If progression isnt your thing, thats fine too, we would still be interested in finding out more about you. Working as part of our Events team,you will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You should be comfortable working within a team, and have strong organisational skills in order to maximise the restaurants potential. You will also oversee and pro-actively deal with guestqueries and requests to enhance the guest experience. This is a hands on, operational role and will suit someone who likes working with ambitious, friendly and hardworking people.
