Job Description

An independent conference production company, specialising in clean energy, are looking for a passionate Events LogisticsExecutive to join their small but growing team.The team have ambitious growth plans over the next year and would like to speak with candidates who are keen to be a part of their journey.Ideally you will have some previous experience in events but they are also open to meeting with candidates with little experience who are interested in getting into the events industry andthe role would be ideal for someone who is just starting their careerin this area and looking to develop and progress quickly. You must however be able to demonstrate solid administrative and coordination skills, great communication and have excellent attention to detail.They offer hybrid working and a friendly, supportive environment.Duties include:

  • Speaker & sponsor coordinationbriefing and managing the communication with speakers and sponsors in the run up to the event, to ensure that all their onsite logistical requirements are met
  • Venue briefing & liaisonworking with the event venue to establish the layout and atmosphere of the conference and exhibition rooms as well as the registration area
  • AV briefing & liaisonworking with the audio-visual company to ensure that all speaker and sponsor AV requirements can be met within the event budget
  • Customer servicemanaging the customer service inbox and telephone line to ensure all customer queries are answered or escalated within 24 hours
  • Onsite registrationmanaging the onsite registration process and working with the event programme manager to ensure the programme and networking activities take place smoothly and to time
  • Event evaluationmaximising event feedback rate and collating the information to establish speaker scores, speaker feedback, sponsor feedback, and scope for future event improvements
  • Team debriefleading on the debrief process and documenting the outcome to ensure all team members perspectives are captured, customer satisfaction is ensure, and any improvement points are actioned
