Job Description

We are hiring an Events Coordinator to join our large global banking client based in Canary Wharf for 12 months. This is an exciting opportunity for an event professional to take their career to the next level and work on high-profile events globally!Salary: £30-33PHWorking Model: Hybrid, three days in the office. TRAVEL IS REQUIRED IN THIS ROLE GLOBALLY. You will coordinate and deliver on small EMEA events, conferences & meetings for new and existing clients.The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience delivering high-quality and complex events and understanding the trends in EMEA, so the global experience is ideal.Duties:

  • Deliver small EMEA meetings, events, and conferences
  • Managing budgets.
  • Manage the event project cycle, taking a brief, pre-event planning, and handling all logistics to post-event debriefs.
  • Working closely with all business functions, corporate clients, and investors.
  • Supporting projects
Experience Required:
  • 3 -5 years of experience in events.
  • Degree educated in event management.
  • Excellent experience managing and executing high-profile events, both live & virtual.
  • Understanding the delivering events across EMEA.
  • Good knowledge of digital events productions.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Flexible with hours and travel required in this role.
  • Excellent experience in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
