Job Description

This is an exciting, 3-month temporary opportunity to work for a diversified technology provider for thousands of global firms as an Events Assistant! THE ROLE:* Tracking conference attendee RSVPs* Collating company presentations and binder submissions* Preparing introductory remarks for presentations* Coordinating with Marketing and the printers for event signage* Collating branded material for use virtually* Inputting meeting requests into a database* Monitoring and updating the master spreadsheet on a daily basis with attending company information* Liaising with dinner venues on updates* Assisting with webcast orders* Attending the Investor Conference and providing virtual support* Assisting the Events Director with all logistics onsite and post-event follow upESSENTIALS:* 1-2 years of onsite events experience* Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint* Knowledge of SalesForce and Email Marketing Automation Tools (Preferred)* Strong interpersonal skills* Self-motivated, articulate, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
