Events AdministratorMembership Body2 Days Office City of London, 3 Days HomeBasic Salary £30,000 plus excellent benefits include pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and discretionary bonusFull Time, Permanent RoleOur client a reputable and well-established professional body based in Bank/Moorgate London within the professional services sector is looking to recruit an Events AdministratorResponsibilities Provide membership services, including answering daily membership and events queries, to ensure that maintains high standards of customer serviceWork with the Member Engagement Manager in co-ordinating Regional and Special Interest groups, including:Representing institute at member eventspromoting interest group events in line with GDPRfollowing-up interest group events feedbackmaintaining interest group web pagesCo-ordinating the development of thought leadershipProduce and circulate interest groups newslettersAdminister the Senior Executive Route to Certified MembershipEnsure all new member enrolments are processed efficiently and effectively, including:Accurate data entryInvoicing and credit controlDespatch of acknowledgement letters and certificatesProvide support to the Membership Executive and Member Engagement Manager in the implementation of the annual renewals processPerson specificationEssential skills/experience:Customer service and administration experienceData management and use of CRM systemsTact, diplomacy and interpersonal skills to work with international volunteer groupsOrganised, methodical, able to balance competing tasksAbility to work (occasional) unsocial hoursDesirable skills/experienceExperience working in a membership organisation of similar size and operationsUse of content management systems (CMS), broadcast email systems and social mediaEvents management experienceTo apply to this role please send your CV.Due to the volume of applications we are only able to contact successful applicants.
