Job Description

Event Producer/Project DirectorPay - £400-£500 per dayStart - ASAP to December 2022Work Pattern - Flexible - Remote/hybrid, would also consider part time for the right personOffice Location - LondonOur client is a leading institute within Education and they are looking for an Senior Events professional to take on a large and exciting project as well as organising a number of smaller events.What does the role involve

  • Lead on project direction and co-creation of event content plan for London launch event, two additional smaller scale international launches and a fourth mainly virtual event.
  • Ownership and orchestration of 4 globally sequenced, mass participation events (between 200 - 320 participants per event) to launch London Business Schools £200m Campaign to our global community.
  • In collaboration with senior stakeholders - (Campaign Director, Chief Communications Officer, Associate Director Brand and Marketing & external creative agency) generate innovative, high-end content, to engage our alumni community. Campaign story confirmedto support ideation.
  • Review, take ownership for and regularly monitor and update existing project plan and budget.
  • Liaise with cross teams and school workstream owners to ensure timely delivery of plan including tracking and management of key milestones and deadlines associated.
  • Oversight of all pre-event planning (with advisory support from Campaign Director and logistics support from 1+ individual(s)).
  • Management of support individual to deliver logistics
  • Maintain project risk register and update team/escalate issues to Campaign Director as appropriate
