Event Coordinator - London, 9 month FTC, up to £41k/annum plus benefits!My Client, worlds best known leader in technology sector famous for its search engine along with other fantastic products, is looking for an Event Coordinator with 3 to 5 years of experience!Responsibilities:* Support the execution of a full calendar of ongoing activity for the team in EMEA.* Organising events and training workshops for publishers ranging from 30 - 300 people - from budget management and event production (working with external agencies / vendors or venues where appropriate) and logistics to development of concept and content and technical projects such as AV and staging.* Work within agreed budgets to deliver end to end support for small/medium events / workshops from delegate and invitation management to onsite support and post-event reporting.* Coordinate cross-functionally with brand marketing and policy as needed to ensure KOFs are appropriately included, and impact measurement mechanisms are in place as needed (post-event surveys, social listening)* Source and manage venues* Develop good working knowledge of internal tools (including docs, online registration, internal meeting booking tool, PO raising tool and more)* Onsite travel across EMEA is likelySkill and Experience:* BA/BS degree* Demonstrable experience supporting the planning and execution of events - including preparing initial briefs, curating content and agenda, handling all logistics and delegate management, and post-event reporting.* Demonstrable experience coordinating multiple senior stakeholders and conflicting priorities across cross-functional business areas.* Experience or understanding of the news industry and the challenges it faces.* Ability to work flexibly and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, staying calm under pressure.* Strong preference for candidates with live streaming/online event experience.If the roles sounds interesting to you and meet the requirements, please apply ASAP!
