Job Description

Evening Concierge, Law Firm, Permanent, London West End, £25,000 - £30,000 p/aOur client an International Law Firm based in the heart of London West End requires an Evening Concierge to start ASAP. Your hours are likely to be 16:00pm - 1:00am (2:00pm-23:00pm for the first 3 months).The main duties of the Evening Concierge are:

  • Site log of contractors and visitors
  • Responsibility for office keys and passes
  • To enforce local security measures in line with the Companys policies
  • Front of the house duties, including meeting and greeting all clients and visitors to the firm.
  • Taking coats, jackets and luggage to the cloakroom
  • Escorting clients and visitors to the waiting lounge or meeting room upon request and providing beverages.
  • Organising cars and taxis for clients and visitors as required
  • Logging any meeting room bookings
  • Answering all external calls to the office and internal telephone and email enquiries
  • To adhere to health & safety policies
  • To perform mailroom and Office Services duties as required
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are in order following events.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have knowledge of the intruder alarm and fire alarm systems.
