Job Description

We are seeking a French Speaking ETF Sales Support Associate to join our Banking & Financial Services team. The successful candidate will manage a range of operational tasks within the financial services industry, with a specific focus on ETFs.Client DetailsOur client is a large-scale player in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on ETFs. Serving clients on a global scale, they have a significant presence in London and employ a large, diverse team dedicated to providing top-notch financialservices.DescriptionThe key duties for the French Speaking Sales Support Associate are as follows:

  • Conduct day-to-day ETF operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage operational risks and adhere to regulatory compliances
  • Collaborate with the trading desk to manage order flow and execute trades
  • Monitor market activity and make relevant adjustments
  • Perform reconciliation of ETF holdings
  • Support in the creation and redemption process of ETFs
  • Participate in system enhancements and projects
ProfileA successful Frebcg Speaking ETF Sales Support Associate should have:
  • MUST SPEAK FRENCH
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of ETFs and the financial services industry
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
