Job Description

Estimator (Home Improvements)6 Month contract, Outside IR3 - £38.50 p/h - 20hrs p/wAre you an experienced and meticulous Estimator with experience in home improvement projects Were on the lookout for a skilled Freelance Estimator to join our team!Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in estimating for home improvement projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully completed projects.
  • RICS accredited or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Review online costings to ensure all are accurate and up to date. Highlight any areas that are missing.
  • Researching materials, equipment and labour costs and offer outline prices
  • Gather quotes from tradespeople - must have willingness to get on the phone / email
  • Assess the levels of risk on a project and note any issues/challenges a consumer should consider before undertaking a project
Remote working. You can be based anywhere within the UK. 6 Month contract, 15 to 20 hours per week, to £38.50 per hour.
