Job Description

state Operative£10 a hourAreas include: Woolwich , Greenwich, Stratford, Shepards Bush and Canning Town. I have work immediately!Various shifts availableThe following duties are to be carried out, however, this list is not exhaustive as there may be other tasks which you will be required to undertake from time to time.Daily Duties for Estate Operative

  • Entering all relevant comments/details in the reception diary, as necessary.
  • Completing all daily, weekly and monthly checks in accordance with schedule of log provided.
  • Changing all defective light bulbs where appropriate. Where light bulbs are inaccessible they should be logged and reported to the Estate Manager so that appropriate attention may be organised.
  • Providing high levels of customer service at the development and seeking to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Acting in a courteous and helpful manner to all occupiers in addition to members of the public, other staff, guests, and to contractors employed on the development.
  • Ensuring the development is a well managed, safe, clean and secure environment in which to live and work.
  • Entering all relevant comments/details in the development logs.
