This excellent firm believes passionately in ESG but up until now, the duties and responsibilities has been split amongst various key stakeholders.The time has come for them to bring in a dedicated resource, a role that has been a long time in the planning.Reportingdirectly into the CEO, this role will also work closely with the partners, the CFO, COO and FD in Paris.Because of its European nature, this role can be based in London, Paris or Luxembourg.Additionally, my client believe in flexible working and will have3 days a week in the office with 2 working from home as Business as Usual.The Role Oversee, assist and implement ESG Investment policies and procedures. Work with Portfolio Managers to assist with ESG strategies. ESG Reporting (fund reporting, UNPRI reporting,TCFD reporting. Implementing relevant regulations and codes (SFDR, Transparency and Stewardship Codes) Update relevant policies and procedures Own relationships with 3rd party providers and venders. Organise training The Candidate 3 + years ESG experienceMinimum of 2.1 (ideally 1st class) Batchelors degree or relevant Masters degree Fluent, Native standard English, written and spoken. Strong project management skills. Self Starter, no need to be managed. Ability to lead autonomous projects to be presentedto the CEO
