To act as an International Sales EMEA, for existing and prospective sales business activities in the Europe, with a focus on French speaking countries. Successful candidates will have experience in selling equity mandates and a history of institutionalsales. Must be able to show track record in rasing AUM for clients with equity mandates.Principal Accountabilities To raise Assets under Management ("AuM") in accordance with the targets To understand and know the products and clients needs To identify prospectsand follow up on new business opportunities To lead new business meetings, to close new sales and bring onboard new clients Create high quality presentations for new business pitches and meetings To build and maintain strong relationships with clients andagents/consultants To support Senior Client Relations Manager in ensuring a seamless approach across all Client Groups in the development of relationships and increasing business To develop new products suitable for clients and to seek suitable business opportunitiesglobally To ensure business operations are compliant with the rules of the FCA and other relevant regulators To co-ordinate with other teams such as Marketing and other group members to ensure ongoing best practice To champion the company values and work inaccordance with organisational behavioursTechnical Capabilities Proven related work experience and proven sales track record; preferably Asset Management sales experience in Europe (Sales in other financial industries such as investment banking or stockbrokingor equivalent position can be considered) Degree qualified, preferably in Finance or Economics Investment Management Certificate or similar qualification preferred Ideally fluent in German and/or French Good understanding of Operations and Product Governancepreferred Understanding and experience of working in partnership with other support functions Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with management issues and changes The ability to foster and maintain business relationships,generating credibility with the business and senior managementAdditional Information Extensive travelling to Europe and other regions Deadline and results focused with the ability and flexibility to handle new tasks and shifting deadlines Attention to detail,accuracy and solutions focused, decision maker Willing to question and challenge Must have excellent communication skills Positive attitude and conscientious Strong team worker, multi-tasker and finisher
