Job Description

My leading global investment banking client are looking to bring on an (AVP) IT Business Analyst with knowledge of Exotic Equity Derivative products.Candidates must have:

  • Strong knowledge of Exotic Equity Derivative products, including booking methodology and lifecycle
  • Excellent business analysis skills honed within major investment banks.
  • A highly detail-oriented approach to assessing requirements. Able to document open questions, issues and coordinate resolution with users
  • Driven and self-motivated personality. The need to be able to quickly understand how multiple systems operate and couple this to complex business requirements to produce solutions is key
  • Ability to devise and execute effective testing processes and have ability to anticipate then manage potential problems that may risk of delivery of change
  • Ability to Solicit and document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Comfortable working closely with IT stakeholders to define and document functional solutions and break-down into development tasks
  • Ability to document functional and non-functional acceptance tests through close interaction with clients and IT stakeholders
  • Experience working closely with QA and BA team to ensure new features and regression is appropriately tested and works as expected as part of each release.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
