My Client based within the NHS in the North of London is currently looking for a programme manager to work to the programme lead and with other workstream leads on the deployment of an EPR programme. You will be responsible for the programme plans, managing risks and issues, communications and ensuring the right engagement from across the Trust The ideal candidate will be responsible for: 1) confirming technology delivery plans in dialogue with all key stakeholders and partner organisations; 2) leading detailed planning for the programme(clinical models, design requirements, change planning etc) across a range of services; 3) delivering key strategic and transformational changes; and 4) ensuring that robust programme management arrangements are in placeThe roles requires multiple skills and the ability to organise and prioritise different workloads. You will engage with a wide group of staff and external partners, including members of the Trust executive and senior management team, so excellent communication skills, attention to detail and experience of leading clinical teams through change will be essential. You must be able to assimilate complex information, passionate about improving clinical services, prepared to suggest counter-arguments / challenge current thinking where needed and able to produce high quality written documents.
