Environment Health and Public Safety teachers for Vocational Schools in UAEfor August 2021 startOur client is hiring teachers for Environmental Health & Public Safety Vocational programs to create effective and stimulating learner-centered opportunities for learning through high quality instruction that enables the development and progression of all students. To have enthusiasm for the subject matter that inspires others to have a lifelong love of learning and the motivation, skills and attitudes to be productive citizens contributing positively to the development of the country. Teach and assess competencies in a range of Environmental Health & Public Safety related areas Manage the online teaching and learning using apps like MS Teams, Zoom, google docs,etc. Develop and share curriculum, teaching methods and resources Provide multiple explanations and instructional strategies so that all students learn and can present the content to students in challenging, clear, and compelling ways, using real-world contexts and integrating technologyappropriately Advise and assist students to develop their educational and career plans Understand all roles and functions in industry and specifically in their particular skills sector Transfer skills and knowledge to students that can be applied directly in the workplace Manage, teach, train, guide and assess students in the workplace and in the classroom Mentor and guide students in their chosen career Implement and evaluate high quality education and training programs Invigilation activities Support and contribute to internal and external corporate events, meetings for the promotion and development of Strategic Plan Organizing and participation in student events and extra-curricular activities Health and Safety of students and the classroom environmentEducation: Bachelor Degree in Environmental Health or Public Safety from the UK, US, CA, IR, AU, NZ, ZA or Scandinavian countries preferred Master Degree in above related Subjects preferred Teaching Qualification an asset Industry Certifications an asset Assessor or Internal Verifier Certifications an assetExperience: 3 Years of teaching, training, assessing experience in a reputable Vocational or Higher Education Institute Familiarity with Internal Verification and Assessment processes Skills in ICT for learning Industry experience an asset Experience in GCC or similar location an asset Online teaching and learning skills using different applications Experience with Advanced Placement courses and exams an asset Familiarity with Web 2.0 ToolsCONTRACT DETAILS:Start Date: August 2021Location: UAE - Various locationsSalary: TAX FREE Monthly salary is AED 13,694Housing Allowance: AED 10,400 - 9,280 (single) or AED 9,280 - 11,600 (married) Depends on location. First 29 days spent in Hotel while you look for accommodation. Help is providedMedical Insurance: provided for the employee, spouse and up to 3 childrenDependent School Fees: AED 80,000/- per annum per family (maximum AED 40,000 per child) when attending school in the UAEAnnual Air Fare: Annual Return Air fare for employee, spouse and up to 3 childrenMobilization package: Relocation ticket to the UAE for the employee, spouse and up to 3 childrenAED 20,000 - Relocation allowance upon joining given in two equal amounts, (upon arrival and after probation period)Visa Fees: Paid for the employee only.
