Starting out in recruitment is a sales-based role, so youll need to bring some great energy and throwyourself into it with the support of a 12-week training programme and the best tools in the industry.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying and recruiting top talent for your clients businesses, closing deals and contributing to the growth of the company.As we are still in the early days of our London office, this role is best suited to those who are keen to develop, drive innovation and growth and become future managers and directors within the business.Rise: We specialise in Technical & Engineering Recruitment; with dedicated teams in Energy, Engineering, Construction, Tech and Scientific marketplaces. Since opening in 2005 as a 3-person start up, we have now developed business across the UK, Europe, USA and launchedour Canada division in 2022!
